Escalona Asunto :  El Síndico y los Liquidadores Conjuntos logran un Acuerdo. Estimada (o) amiga (o) : El 21 de noviembre 2012, los Liquidadores Conjuntos (LCs) [apelantes] registraron ante la Corte de Apelaciones una Segunda Moción Acordada (Caso No. 12-10836 – Documento 005120610009) para extender la fecha límite de la presentación de Sumarios pertinentes a la apelación de la Orden de fecha 30 de julio, 2012 emitida por el Tribunal Distrital de Texas. La fecha límite inicial es el 6 de diciembre 2012 y esta moción solicita una extensión de 90 días más, necesarios para preparación y la finalización de los términos del Acuerdo y sus debidas aprobaciones en tribunales estadounidenses y extranjeros.
